Health Assessment
The LCA physical health assessment is offered to all members and provides bespoke, age- and gender-related health and wellbeing screenings.
These also include referrals to a network of specialist health consultants and services.
Private Medical Insurance
The LMA Vitality Healthcare Scheme provides market leading insurance with unique benefits, rewards and discounts.
Bespoke levels of cover, excess and policy type are available and members can join the policy at any point during the policy year.
Nearly 400 people are currently covered under the plan, benefitting from the help and guidance provided by both the LMA and Vitality teams at all times, including when submitting healthcare claims.
Mental Fitness & Performance Clinics
Weekly, confidential 1-to-1 support with a trained psychologist, giving coaches & technical staff a safe place to discuss the personal and professional challenges they are experiencing.
These sessions focus on strengthening coping strategies, building resilience and supporting longer-term mental wellbeing, with the flexibility to respond to each individual’s specific needs and circumstances.
