The LCA advocates for an employment environment and employment terms and conditions in which all coaches and football technical staff are treated fairly and equally, without prejudice.

LCA LEGAL & EMPLOYMENT SERVICES.

The LCA provides its members with contractual employment advice, through consultation with expert legal counsel.

  • Employment contract review (not including the negotiation of the commercial terms of the contract)
  • Day-to-day employment advice
  • Initial advice and support at disciplinary and grievance hearings
