LCA members can access the LMA Institute Learning Platform, included as part of LCA membership. The LMA Institute learning content platform is a significant digital resource supporting all of the Institute programmes. The Institute Learning Content Platform will house 1000+ leadership, performance and wellbeing written articles, 150+ filmed insights interviews and a new series of LMA Performance Podcasts. All content will be password accessed and fully searchable.

LCA members receive a digital copy of the quarterly publication, The Manager, included as part of LCA membership.The Manager Journal is the LMA Institute’s quarterly leadership and wellbeing publication delivered to all managers, coaches and stakeholders in the game. With over 50 publications to date, The Manager has shared insights from many of the most visible names in football, elite sport, business and academia.
Personal Development Guides
LCA members will receive a digital copy of new personal development guides. The leadership and personal development guides are designed to provide simple and accessible overviews of key theories and principles from the across the LMA Personal Development Model. Available in electronic copy, the guides act as an important supporting resource for the LCA’s programmes.
